Day 183: Health and Fitness

Monday the first day of December and ready to go back to work for a full week. And by full week I mean that not only will I have a full week at work, but many of the evenings are spoken for as well. I walked yesterday and felt good because I knew that I had eaten well for the past few days and I needed to get a handle on expending some energy so my body wouldn’t keep the weight. I will have to walk extra fast the rest of this week to help burn off the calories that I consumned. But, boy was it worth it.
