Day 61: Health and Fitness

Thursday already and I slept like a log. I dragged myself out of bed and got the coffee started mostly on motor memory only. Must. Wake. Up. Still on program and feeling well.

Day 60: Health and Fitness

Slept a bunch better last evening and now getting ready for work again. It was easier this time to come back from vacation and slip back into my program. Walked last night and had a good time with it.

Friday and we are leaving for Tahoe in a few hours. I’m gonna try not smoking for the weekend and see it it helps. I’m still on the program, yet I will try to not overeat. More to follow as I blog during the weekend.

Day 54: Health and Fitness

Finally the last day of work before vacation. I worked really hard yesterday to ensure that my day today will be fairly smooth. Let’s see if my hard work paid off. Still with the program.

We march towards victory. Each day that I continue with my program I feel as though I’m victorious. Each day that I get up and take those first steps walking makes me feel better. Each pound I lose seems to spur me on. Tahoe is close!
