I was so sad today to hear of the death of Tim Russert, the long time NBC News Washington Correspondent & Host of Meet the Press.

While I watched Tim over the years, I could not help but sense that he was a genuine, loving, caring person. Quick with a laugh or a quip.

Day 13: Health and Fitness

So Day 13 this morning finds my still feeling a little under the weather with a little cold mostly some coughing. Nothing that would stop me from going to work, but still a small annoyance. I didn’t feel up to walking yesterday, but still kept to my lower food intake and I’m sure that helps.
